Citigroup common stock is listed on the NYSE under the ticker
symbol “C” and on the Tokyo Stock Exchange and the Mexico
Stock Exchange. Citigroup preferred stock Series AA, C, J, K
and L are also listed on the NYSE.
Because Citigroup’s common stock is listed on the NYSE,
the Chief Executive Officer is required to make an annual
certification to the NYSE stating that he was not aware of
any violation by Citigroup of the corporate governance listing
standards of the NYSE. The annual certification to that effect
was made to the NYSE on May 19, 2014.
As of January 31, 2015, Citigroup had approximately 89,655
