The principal market in which the common stock of the Company is traded is the NYSE. See Item 6 and Table 33 in the
MD&A for information on the high and the low sales prices of SunTrust common stock on the NYSE, which is incorporated
herein by reference. During the year ended December 31, 2013, we paid a quarterly dividend on common stock of $0.05 per
common share for the first quarter and $0.10 per common share for each of the second, third, and fourth quarters, compared
to a quarterly dividend on common stock of $0.05 per common share during 2012. Our common stock was held of record by
27,916 holders at December 31, 2013. See "Unregistered Sales of Equity Securities and Use of Proceeds" below for information
on share repurchase activity, announced programs, and the remaining buy back authority under the announced programs,
which is incorporated herein by reference.
