Our customers are our friends. We
want to treat them that way in our
banking stores, at our ATMs, on the
phone or online. Team members such
as Alma and Dalilah know we’re only
as good as our fi rst impression and
last connection. We want to make our
customers feel at home. Show them we
care about them. Make them feel special.
Give them the right advice. Give them
value. Keep our promises. Help them
when they really need it. Reach out
to them. Know them. When we make
a mistake, make things even better.
