[1] Net payables to affiliates as of December 31, 2013 was net of a $655 note receivable from White River Life Reinsurance Company ("WRR"), an affiliate captive reinsurer, and
the Company, pursuant to an intercompany agreement. On April 30, 2014, the Company dissolved WRR which resulted in WRR paying off this intercompany note.
[2] In 2013, the Company inadvertently reported the comprehensive loss as comprehensive income in this table causing two subtotals to be incorrectly stated as well. This error
had no impact on the reported comprehensive income of the parent company and did not impact any other disclosures in this document and has been subsequently corrected.
