In 2009, the Group acquired the following subsidiaries:
In the fourth quarter of 2009, Fiat Group Automobiles acquired the assets and liabilities of the Bertone group; the assets and liabilities acquired are not
significant for the Group.
In the fourth quarter of 2009, Fiat Group Automobiles sector acquired an investment of 100% in a minor company in Brazil that has been classified as held
for sale.
Disposals
In 2010 the Group disposed of the following businesses:
On 1 February 2010 the sale of Targa Rent S.r.l., a subsidiary of the Fiat Group Automobiles sector, was completed; this investment was already classified
as assets held for sale at 31 December 2009.
