FIAT INDUSTRIAL GROUP BRANDS
Fiat Industrial’s significant industrial base, extensive product range and global presence make it a leader in the global
capital goods sector. Created through the demerger from Fiat S.p.A., the Group operates through businesses that are
all major international players in their industry sectors: CNH-Case New Holland, Iveco and FPT Industrial. These three
sectors design, produce and sell tractors, agricultural and construction equipment (CNH), trucks, commercial vehicles,
buses, special vehicles (Iveco), in addition to engines and transmissions for those vehicles and engines for marine
applications (FPT Industrial).
The Group carries out its industrial and financial services activities through companies located in approximately 45
countries and has commercial relationships with customers in approximately 190 countries. It activities are divided into
