Our common stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) and the Berlin Stock Exchange
and is traded under the symbol CTL and CYT, respectively. The following table sets forth the high and low

Dividends on common stock during 2015 and 2014 were paid each quarter. On February 23, 2016, our
Board of Directors declared a common stock dividend of $0.54 per share.
As described in greater detail in Item 1A of our Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended
December 31, 2015, the declaration and payment of dividends is at the discretion of our Board of Directors, and
will depend upon our financial results, cash requirements, future prospects and other factors deemed relevant by
our Board of Directors.
At February 17, 2016, there were approximately 135,000 stockholders of record, although there were
significantly more beneficial holders of our common stock. At February 17, 2016, the closing stock price of our
common stock was $29.73.
