Virgin Media Secured Finance PLC is the issuer of the following senior secured notes:
• £875 million aggregate principal amount of 7.00% senior notes due 2018
• $1,000 million aggregate principal amount of 6.50% senior notes due 2018
• £650 million aggregate principal amount of 5.50% senior notes due 2021
• $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.25% senior notes due 2021
Our senior secured notes are issued by Virgin Media Secured Finance PLC and are guaranteed on a senior basis by
Virgin Media Inc., Virgin Media Group LLC, Virgin Media Holdings Inc., Virgin Media (UK) Group, Inc. and Virgin Media
Communications Limited and on a senior subordinated basis by VMIH and VMIL. They also rank pari passu with and,
subject to certain exceptions, share in the same guarantees and security which has been granted in favor of our senior
credit facility.
