Motions for AGM
Shareholders,
We hereby submit for your approval the Statutory Financial Statements for the year ended 31 December 2013, which report a net loss of
€226,697,618. We propose that the loss be allocated to the Retained Profit reserve, bringing the value of the reserve to €1,537,084,936.
