Fiat Group Companies at 31 December 2013
In accordance with Article 126 of Consob Regulation 11971 of 14 May 1999, as subsequently amended, a complete list of Group companies
and significant investments at 31 December 2013 is provided on the following pages.
Companies in the list are grouped according to type of control, method of consolidation and classification by operating segment (pursuant to
IFRS 8).
For each company, the following information is provided: name, location of registered office, country and share capital stated in original
currency. Additionally, the percentage consolidated and the percentage interest held directly by Fiat S.p.A. or its subsidiary is also shown.
The column on the far right shows the percentage of voting rights exercisable at an ordinary general meeting, where such percentage differs
from the percentage of shares held.
