charge of proposing the corporate social responsibility

(1) ASUS has corporate social responsibility policy and
guidelines defined that can be looked up at ASUS
corporate sustainability report and ASUS CSR website
at http://csr.asus.com.
(2) The company offers new employee courses related to
their work with coverage on social responsibility
education and training.
(3) The Company has established the Corporate
Sustainability Office (CSO) dedicated to boosting the
corporate social responsibility-related policies, which is
a permanent unit directly subordinated to the Chairman
of Board. The GreenASUS and SERASUS (Social and
Environment Responsibility, SER) management
committee shall meet periodically to boost the
sustainability affairs. The representative thereof shall
be appointed by the CEO and the Committee

salary and remuneration. The Company also conducts
two performance appraisals to recognize employee
performance and promote development through the
