7. RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS
(1) Parent and ultimate controlling party
The Company’s shares are widely held, so there is no ultimate parent or controlling party.
(2) Significant transactions and balances with related parties
A. Sales of goods:
The sales prices of transactions with related parties were decided on the basis of the economic
environment and market competition in each sales area. The terms of the transactions are due 30
to 180 days after the date of delivery or open account 30 to 60 days. The terms of the above
transactions are similar to those for third parties.
B. Purchases of goods and services:
Purchase terms are due 30 to 90 days after the date of acceptance or open account 30 to 60 days,
which were similar to those for third parties.
C. Trade receivables:
The trade receivables arise mainly from sales transactions, and are unsecured in nature and bear
no interest.
