in Taiwan Taipei District Court. The plaintiff also filed a lawsuit for patent
infringement and trade secret misappropriation against the Company and its
subsidiaries, ASMEDIA and ACI, in August, 2014. The lawsuit has gone to trial,
but the Company and its subsidiaries cannot presently determine the outcome of
the lawsuit. The Group however expects that the above cases will have no
material effect on its operating and financial position.
