Nokia’s Annual General
Meeting resolved to
distribute an ordinary
dividend of EUR 0.11 per
share for the scal year
2013 and a special
dividend of EUR 0.26 per
share. The Annual General
Meeting also selected a
new Board of Directors
for a term ending at
the close of the Annual
General Meeting in 2015.
Risto Siilasmaa continued
to serve as the Chairman
of the Board of Directors.
