includes: name, registered office, country and capital stock
stated in the original currency. The percentage of Group
consolidation and the percentage held by Fiat S.p.A. or
its subsidiaries are also shown.
A separate column shows the percentage held
of the voting rights at the ordinary stockholders’ meeting,
when this figure differs from the percentage interest held
in the company.
