David C. Novak David C. Novak has been Chairman of the Board since 2001, and
Age 59 Chief Executive Officer of YUM since 2000. He also serves as
Director since 1997 President of YUM, a position he has held since October 21, 1997.
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer Mr. Novak previously served as Group President and Chief
and President, YUM Executive Officer, KFC and Pizza Hut from August 1996 to July
1997, at which time he became acting Vice Chairman of YUM. He
is also a director of JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Friends of World
Food Program.

Thomas M. Ryan Thomas M. Ryan is the former Chairman and Chief Executive
Age 59 Officer of the Board of CVS Caremark Corporation (‘‘CVS’’), a
Director since 2002 pharmacy healthcare provider. He served as Chairman from April

Jing-Shyh S. Su Jing-Shyh S. Su has been Vice Chairman of the Board since 2008.
Age 59 He is also Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of YUM’s China
Director since 2008 Division, a position he has held since May 2010. From 1997 to May
Vice Chairman, Yum! Brands, Inc. 2010, he was President of YUM’s China Divison. Prior to this
Chairman and Chief Executive position, he was the Vice President of North Asia for both KFC
Officer of YUM’s China Division and Pizza Hut.
