Chairman, Ferragamo USA, Inc. Mr. Ferragamo has held this position since 1985. Mr. Ferragamo
has served as a director of Birks & Mayors, Inc. from 2005 until
2007.

Mirian M. Graddick-Weir Mirian M. Graddick-Weir serves as Executive Vice President of
Age 57 Human Resources for Merck & Co., Inc., a position she has held
Director since January 2012 since 2008. From 2006 until 2008, she was Senior Vice President of
Executive Vice President Human Resources of Merck & Co., Inc. Prior to this position, she
Human Resources served as Executive Vice President of Human Resources and
Merck & Co., Inc. Employee Communications of AT&T Corp from 2004 to 2006.
Ms. Graddick-Weir served as the Executive Vice President of

Human Resources of AT&T Corp. from 1999 to 2004.
Ms. Graddick-Weir has held various executive positions throughout
her career with AT&T, which began in 1981. Ms. Graddick-Weir is a
director of Harleysville Group Inc.
