for the period beginning on the close of trading on
the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) on May 25,
2006, and ending on the close of trading on the
NYSE on December 31, 2008. The graph assumes
a $100 investment in our Class A common stock
and each of the indices, and the reinvestment
of dividends. MasterCard Incorporated’s Class B
common stock and Class M common stock are not
publicly traded or listed on any exchange or dealer
quotation system.
