4. Restructuring and Asset Impairment Charges, Net
During fiscal 2011, the Company identified and pursued opportunities for cost savings through
restructuring activities and workforce reductions to improve operating efficiencies across the Company’s
businesses. The Company expects to incur restructuring and restructuring related charges of
approximately $125 to $150 million in fiscal 2012.
