OTHER INFORMATION
Customer Concentration
In the opinion of the Company’s management, no material part ofthe business of the Company and
its subsidiaries is dependent upon a single customer or group of customers, the loss of any one of which
would have a materially adverse effect on the Company, andno one customer or group of affiliated
customers accounts for as much as 10% of the Company’s consolidated revenues.
Employees
At December 31, 2006, the Company hadapproximately 32,800 employees. The Company believes
that its employee relations are satisfactory. None of the Company’s employees are subject to collective
bargaining agreements.

On February 13, 2007, STA announced that it had signed a definitive agreement with Citigroup, Inc.
to reacquire the red umbrella trademark,a familiar symbol that had represented Travelers and insurance
protection for many years. The purchaseprice is expected to be allocated principally to the umbrella
trademark, which will be owned by the Company. Effective February 26, 2007, the Company’s name was
changed to The Travelers Companies, Inc. and, on February 27, 2007, its common stock began trading on
the New York Stock Exchange under the new symbol “TRV’’.
