The Company has established the CSR website to disclose
information related to corporate social responsibility both
from time to time and routinely, issue corporate sustainability
report, and disclose relevant information on the Public
Observation Post System.

Companies”, please describe any discrepancy between the Principles and their implementation:
ASUS has substantiated corporate social responsibility in accordance with the “Rules Governing Listed & OTC corporate governance.

The 2013 Corporate Sustainability Report released by the company in 2014 has been approved by the Global Reporting, which was certified by SGS Taiwan for the
significance, inclusivity and responsiveness of this report conforming to the GRI G4 Core architecture, in accordance with the AA1000 inspection standards and GRI
outlines.
