(1)ASUS has corporate social responsibility policy and
guidelines defined that can be looked up at ASUS
corporate sustainability report and ASUS CSR website at
http://csr.asus.com.
(2) The company offers new employee courses related to their
work with coverage on social responsibility education
and training.
(3) The company establishes corporate sustainability
development office with full-time responsibility in
prompting corporate social responsibility related policies
in addition to holding the GreenASUS and SERASUS
Social and Environmental Responsibility, SER
management committee. The CEO shall authorize the
quality chief as management representative to convene
meeting for review and improvement, in addition to
reporting significant matters to the senior management.
(4) The Company takes consideration of the domestic price
level and peer salary level to reasonably adjust salary and
remuneration. The Company also conducts two
p
erformance appraisals to recognize employee
performance and promote development through the
appraisal system as well as to caring for employees with
performance falling behind. The Company also fulfills
social responsibly of caring for employees and assist
employees to accomplish their goals through
p
erformance
improvement program. The Company develops
Employee Ethical Conducts Principles and Work
Conducts to explicitly regulate the respective integral
conduct standards of employees, rewards and punishment
standards for implementation of fair treatment.
