Plan and manage the Company’s strategies, draft operating objectives, direct and supervise the
operation of business units.
Corporate Sustainability Office
Direct environmental policies and social charity outreach, and establish protocols to meet core
competencies required of an enterprise business to establish environmentally sustainable
operations.
Audit Office
Perform system-wide audits and enforce internal regulations, procedures and authorizations,
taking corrective action as required.
Stock Affairs Office
Responsible for managing stock affairs of the Company and subsidiaries, including arranging
and executing board meetings and shareholder meetings and related matters.
Labor Safety & Health Office
Conduct occupational safety and health management through the Plan-Do-Check-Act cycle.
Lean Management Office
Provide professional consulting services that result in lean management policies, while
pursuing innovation and quality perfection.
Da Vinci Innovation Lab.
Inspire and guide innovation across all product lines.
Quality Committee
Integrate Company-wide product R&D and customer service and offer guidance for process
improvement with the goal of improving product quality.
Systems Business Group
Manage R&D and operation of system-related product lines.
Open Platform Business Group
Manage R&D and operation of component-related product lines.
R&D Center, ASUS Design Center, Firmware R&D Center, EM & Wireless Communication
R&D Div., ASUS Mobile Application eXperience Center and Power R&D Div.
Develop common R&D technology needed by all business units.
Customer Service Center
Provide customers with comprehensive service and total solutions.
Administration Center
Arrange the planning and enforcement of the Company’s finance, accounting, regulatory,
