(21) Earnings per share
(22) Operating leases
The Company leases offices and parking lots to others under operating lease agreements. The
Company recognized rental expenses of $154,795 and $138,897 for the years ended December
31, 2014 and 2013, respectively. Information about the future aggregate minimum lease
payments under non-cancellable operating leases is provided in Note 9.
