“Corporate Commitment” in ASUS’s CSR website to provide stakeholders with contact for the doubts or suggestions related to Green or Corporate Social Responsibility. The Company also establishes the “Online Questionnaire for Corporate Social Responsibility” of “Corporate Social Responsibility Report” to let stakeholders choose issues of concerns.

relation site) on the company website (http://www.asus.com) and explained to the investors at the shareholders’ meeting and corporate conference for the execution of corporate governance.
(2) The company has designated a department in charge of
information collection and disclosure with implementation of spokesperson system as the external communication. The corporate conference process will is also displayed at the company website.

3. Matters related to director and supervisor liability insurance
has been specified by the articles of association of the company with execution accordingly.
4. To improve the supervision and management function of the
Board of the Directors, the company follows the “Regulations Governing Procedure for Board of Directors Meetings of Public Companies” promulgated by competent authority and develops the “Board of the Directors Meeting Standards” with arrangement of advanced study for the directors and supervisors to pursue advanced study from time to time.
