2005, and Report on Operations; related resolutions.
2. Appointment of the Board of Directors after determining the
number of its Members and their fees.
3. Appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors, its Chairman
and the determination of the relevant fees.
4. Engagement of the External Auditors.
5. Incentive Plan: resolutions pursuant to Article 114 bis
of LegislativeDecree 58/98.
