141 STATEMENT ON CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
Corporate Governance Code has been revised in
con-
junction with the new version of the GCGC. A
coordi-
nator responsible for all corporate governance issues
reports directly and on a regular basis to the Board of
Management and Supervisory Board.
The Corporate Governance Code for the BMW Group,
together with the Declaration of Compliance, Articles
ofIncorporation and other information, can be viewed
and /or downloaded from the BMW Group’s website
at
www.bmwgroup.com/ir under the menu item “Corpo-
rate Facts” and “Corporate Governance”.

of this Annual Report.
