As noted in "Contractual Obligations" above, US Airways Group, US Airways and AWA have total future aircraft purchase commitments of $3.26 billion.
We expect to lease or mortgage a majority of those commitments. Changes in interest rates will impact the cost of such financings.
Equity Price Risk
The Company holds Sabre Holdings Corporation ("Sabre") stock options that have a fair value and carrying value of $10 million as of December 31, 2005.
Fair value is computed using the Black-Scholes stock option pricing model. A hypothetical ten percent decrease in the December 31, 2005 value of the Sabre
stock price would decrease the fair value of the stock options by $2 million. 93
