US Airways Group's stock is listed on the NYSE. As a result, its Chief Executive Officer is required to make and will make a CEO's Annual Certification
to the New York Stock Exchange in accordance with Section 303A.12 of the New York Stock Exchange Listed Company Manual stating that he was not
aware of any violations by US Airways Group of the NYSE corporate governance listing standards.
