U.S. Franchise and license fees and income for 2009 and 2008 was positively impacted by 5% and 2%, respectively, due
to the impact of refranchising.
China Division Franchise and license fees and income for 2009 and 2008 was negatively impacted by 17% and 19%,
respectively, related to the consolidation of two former China unconsolidated affiliates. See Note 5.
