Supplement to Yum! Brands, Inc. Annual Report to

On May 5, 2008, David Novak, Yum! Brands, Inc.
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer submitted a
certification to the New York Stock Exchange (the "NYSE")
as required by Section 303A.12(a) of the NYSE Listed
Company Manual. This certification indicated that Mr. Novak
was not aware of any violations by the Company of NYSE
Corporate Governance listing standards.
In connection with the filing of the Company's Form 10-K
for the year ended December 27, 2008, the Company has
