11. Any reference in this instrument to the masculine gender shall be deemed also to include the feminine and the neuter, and references to the singular
shall be deemed also to include the plural and vice-versa; unless the context otherwise requires.
12. This Agreement may not be changed orally, but only by an agreement executed by all of the parties to this Agreement at the time of such
amendment.
