d) Determination of compensation for the Statutory Auditors
Shareholders,
You are responsible for determining the annual compensation of the Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the Regular Auditors.
Accordingly, we propose that, in accordance with Article 22 of Ministerial Decree 169/2010, compensation be set at an annual amount of €100,000 for
the Chairman and €65,000 for the other Regular Auditors.
