markets became Executive Committee
members. The remaining European
markets are represented by Rob Shuter
who also joined the Executive Committee
in October 2015. The Chief Executive
Ofcers are responsible for:
a dening Vodafone strategy in their
local markets in accordance with Group
strategy and operating models;
a executing the strategic vision into
commercial plans; and
a ensuring delivery against key
performance indicators.
