David C. Novak David C. Novak became Chairman of the Board on January 1,
Age 58 2001, and Chief Executive Officer of YUM on January 1, 2000. He
Director since 1997 also serves as President of YUM, a position he has held since
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer October 21, 1997. Mr. Novak previously served as Group President
and President, YUM and Chief Executive Officer, KFC and Pizza Hut from August 1996
to July 1997, at which time he became acting Vice Chairman of
YUM. He is also a director of JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Friends
of World Food Program.

Thomas M. Ryan Thomas M. Ryan has been Chairman of the Board of CVS
Age 58 Caremark Corporation (‘‘CVS’’), a pharmacy healthcare provider,
Director since 2002 since April 1999. He was Chief Executive Officer of CVS from May
Chairman, CVS Caremark 1998 to February 2011 and also served as President from May 1998
Corporation and CVS to May 2010. Mr. Ryan was a director of Reebok International Ltd
Pharmacy, Inc. from 1998 to 2005 and Bank of America Corporation from 2004 to
2010.
