ACTING WITH HONESTY AND TRANSPARENCY
FOR OUR INVESTORS
As a publicly-traded company, we are required to
make accurate and timely disclosures of information.
The integrity of our financial reports and other public
filings is critical to the successful operation of our
business and to maintaining the confidence and trust
of our shareholders, customers, business partners
and other stakeholders.
It is BlackBerry’s policy to make full, fair,
accurate, timely and understandable disclosure
in its public filings with securities regulators and
its communications with its shareholders. While
BlackBerry’s management has the general
