unwelcome conduct that has the purpose (or can be
reasonably construed to have the eect) of creating
an intimidating, oensive or hostile work environment.
Unwelcome conduct can take the form of physical,

If you experience or become aware of any act of
discrimination or harassment, you must report it so
that BlackBerry may address it. Rest assured that
as long as your report is made in good faith, you will
not face any retaliation.
