Shareholding as recorded in the register of members of the Company as of March 31, 2015
According to the register of members of the Company as of March 31, 2015, there were 864 registered shareholders
of whom 97.22% had their registered addresses in Hong Kong. However, the actual number of investors in the
shares of the Company (the “Shares”) may be larger than that as a substantial portion of the Shares are held
through nominees, custodian houses and HKSCC Nominees Limited.
