31 as their financial year end date for statutory reporting purposes. For the preparation of the consolidated financial statements,
financial statements of these Chinese Mainland subsidiaries and of CCE for the years ended March 31, 2014 and 2015, and Motorola’s
subsidiaries for the period ended March 31, 2015 have been used.
(iii) The company whose English name ends with a “1” is a direct transliteration of its Chinese registered name.
