Corporate Structure and Governance
Virgin Media Inc. is a Delaware corporation and its common stock is publicly traded in the United States on
the NASDAQ Global Select Market and in the United Kingdom on the London Stock Exchange. On October 1,
2009 our common stock was admitted to the Official List of the United Kingdom Listing Authority and
commenced secondary trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol
“VMED.” We did not issue any new common stock in connection with our London listing. The primary listing
for the shares of our common stock is the NASDAQ Global Select Market.

are conducted. This is a condensed chart and it does not show all of our operating and other intermediate
