Note 19—Condensed Consolidating Financial Information—Senior Secured Notes
We present the following consolidated financial information as of December 31, 2011 and 2010 and for the
years ended December 31, 2011, 2010, and 2009 as required by Article 3-10(d) of Regulation S-X. Virgin Media
Secured Finance PLC is the issuer of the following senior secured notes:
• £875 million aggregate principal amount of 7.00% senior notes due 2018
• $1,000 million aggregate principal amount of 6.50% senior notes due 2018
• £650 million aggregate principal amount of 5.50% senior notes due 2021
• $500 million aggregate principal amount of 5.25% senior notes due 2021
Certain amounts have been reclassified within the statements of operations for the years ended
December 31, 2010 and 2009 to conform with the current year’s presentation. These reclassifications had no
effect on the reported operating income (loss) and were between operating costs and selling, general and
administrative costs.
