31, 2013 and 2012 have been restated as set forth in this Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2014. The consolidated
balance sheet as of December 31, 2011 and the consolidated statement of operations for the year ended December 31, 2011 have been restated
to reflect the impact of the adjustments resulting from the restatement, but such restated data has not been audited. The information set forth
below is not necessarily indicative of results of future operations, and should be read in conjunction with Item 7, “Management’s Discussion and
Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations” and the consolidated financial statements and related notes thereto included in this
Annual Report under the caption Item 8, "Financial Statements and Supplementary Data,” to fully understand factors that may affect the
comparability of the information presented below. As indicated, the information presented in the following tables for the years ended December 31,
2011, 2012, and 2013 has been adjusted to reflect the restatement of our financial results, which is more fully described in the “Explanatory Note”
immediately preceding Part I, Item 1 and in Note 2, “Restatement,” in the Notes to consolidated financial statements of this Annual Report on
Form 10-K (and, with respect to 2011, in this Item 6). The selected consolidated financial data in this section is not intended to replace the
consolidated financial statements.
