Our U.S. and international car rental segments generated $6,471 million and $2,436 million, respectively, in revenues during the year ended
December 31, 2014.
We believe that the global car rental industry exceeds $51 billion in annual revenues. According to Auto Rental News, car rental industry revenues
in the U.S. were estimated to be approximately $26 billion for 2014 and grew in 2014 by 7%. Rentals by airline travelers at or near airports, or
‘‘airport rentals,’’ are influenced by developments in the travel
