The principal stock exchange on which our Common Stock is listed is the NYSE. At January 29, 2010, there were approximately 80,887 holders of
record of our Common Stock. As part of our February 2, 2010 acquisition of Cadbury plc, we anticipate issuing approximately 260 million
additional shares of our Common Stock to the approximately 45,000 Cadbury plc shareholders of record.

performance peer group index. The graph shows total shareholder return assuming $100 was invested on December 31, 2004 and dividends were
