Annual Shareholders’ Meeting
The annual shareholders’ meeting will be on Tuesday, May 4, 2010
at the Connecticut Convention Center at 100 Columbus Boulevard,
Hartford, CT. We plan to send shareholders of record at the close of
business on March 5, 2010, a Notice of Internet Availability of Proxy
Materials in late March. The notice provides instructions on how
to access our Proxy Statement and Annual Report as well as how to
vote your shares electronically. The notice also includes instructions
on how to request a printed copy of our proxy materials.
