Inc. and Cricket Licensee I, Inc., both subsidiaries of Leap and to assign 10 MHz of AWS spectrum in the
Fresno, CA (BEA162), San Diego, CA (BEA161), Seattle-Everett, WA (CMA020), Pendleton, OR-WA
(BEA168), and Richland-Kennewick-Pasco, WA (BEA169) to Leap. See Note 7 to the consolidated financial

(14) In February 2009, we consummated an agreement to acquire this spectrum from Cincinnati Bell Wireless, LLC.
