Non-current debt comprises Euro 27.2 million in amounts owed to Luxottica Leasing S.r.l. under the finance lease for
the OPSM trademarks, Euro 1.5 million in financial liabilities with Mikli Japan KK, and Euro 1,108 million in bank
debt, details of which can be found in the note on "Long-term debt" in the Notes to the Consolidated Financial
Statements.
The change in this balance is mainly due to the reclassification of Euro 300 million as short-term debt.
The net financial position, inclusive of intragroup balances, at December 31, 2013 and December 31, 2012, was as
