purchase or subscription cost, as required by IAS 27 - Consolidated and Statutory Financial Statements.
The increase in "Investments in subsidiaries and associates" mainly refers to.
- Euro 85,179,183 for the acquisition of Alain Mikli International SAS;
- Euro 2,499,500 for the formation of Luxottica Wholesale Thailand Ltd;
- Euro 5,888,710 for capitalizing Sunglass Hut de Mexico SA de CV;
- Euro 20,432,692 for capitalizing Luxottica Mexico SA de CV;
- Euro 69,984,448 for capitalizing Luxottica South Pacific Holding;
- Euro 38,746,590 for capitalizing Luxottica Brasil Produtos Oticos e Esportivos LTDA;
- Euro 18,476,230 for capitalizing SGH Brasil Comerci de Oculos LTDA;
- Euro 3,213,000 for paying extraordinary contributions into the RayBan Air consortium fund.
