This clause applies to any sort of termination of contract intervened as soon as the trial period will be finished.
By violating this clause, Mrs. Corinne POLLIER-BOUSQUET would have to pay a fine of 183 € to the Company. This amount will
have to be paid for each established breach without any prior notice to cease the prohibited activity. The allocation of the fine does
not waive the right of the Company to order under financial compulsion the cessation of the competing activity.
GOVERNING LAW – JURISDICTION:
The agreement is governed by French law. All disputes in connection with this agreement shall be addressed to the French courts.
