Since May 2012, the Company has not paid a dividend. Under our 2013 senior secured term loan and 2014 senior secured asset-based credit facility, we are
subject to restrictive covenants regarding our ability to pay cash dividends.

No repurchases of common stock were made during the fourth quarter of 2015 and no amounts are authorized for share repurchases as of January 30, 2016.
